Please note that we, OnlineCounselling4U reserve every right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we do, these modifications will become effective immediately upon posting. When you use this website, it is automatically assumed that you agree with all the terms of OnlineCounselling4U that provides counselling & therapy services.

It is also important to note that the website is only available to persons over 18 years of age. If you are a minor, you cannot register as a member of the website and the access to the website is only permitted with parental guidance or guidance of a legal guardian.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership/account at any time, if it is brought to our notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of eighteen (18) years. In addition, we will not be liable for any harm that is caused by use of the website without parental consent.

The website and the content on the website is solely owned by OnlineCounselling4U and we, and only we own the right to the content. You can neither remove, alter, copyright, trademark or service mark nor reproduce, modify, adapt, prepare, display, publish, sell or broadcast any of OnlineCounselling4U content. OnlineCounselling4U name and logo are sole property of OnlineCounselling4U and may not be copied or used in whole or part without prior consent.

WEBSITE USE

Users are only allowed to use the website for lawful purposes. As mentioned above, you are not allowed to post or transmit any material that violates the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to:

• copy, distribute or disclose any part of the website in any medium.
• exchange spams, letters and other unsolicited emails.
• Interfere with the the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Website

USER ACCOUNT

This is regarding using the website. In order to use the website, you are required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address and other personal information ("Personal Information"). Therefore, you agree that if you provide any of the information to OnlineCounselling4U, it will always be accurate, correct and up to date. Also, you shall refrain from impersonating someone else or provide any account information other than your own. Also, you will be held responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details like username and password at all times. At all times, you and only you will be held responsible for any action/activities taken in your account.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS

At OnlineCounselling4U, we charge for your online counselling sessions taken on chat or phone. When you avail any of such service with us, it is important for you to know that you are also bound by the following terms & conditions:

• All the charges paid by the customer for any of the services at OnlineCounselling4U are non-refundable. If at all, the customer is not happy with any of the counselling service undertaken, the customer can send a mail at info@onlinecounselling4u.com, which will be thoroughly reviewed by the team. The decision of OnlineCounselling4U on any such matter will be final and binding.
• The date of the online counselling session cannot be shifted to any other period unless you have been intimated by the OnlineCounselling4U team. In case, the customer fails to use the service on the given period of time, no refunds shall be provided in such a scenario. However, all requests for change of chat or phone sessions are based on first come first serve basis.
• At the time of the use of any of the services purchased, OnlineCounselling4U shall make only 3 attempts to reach you. If the customer fails to respond within 4 days of the last communication, the service will be treated as consumed and we shall not be liable to pay any refunds.
• In case of technical difficulties during or at the time of session, OnlineCounselling4U will do a thorough check with the service providers. If the case is genuine, we will reschedule the appointment.
• OnlineCounselling4U shall not be responsible for any fraudulent transaction/decline/lack of authorisation that may arise due to the use of Internet Banking/ Debit/Credit Cards (“Virtual Payment Mode”).
• OnlineCounselling4U deserves its right to change the charges for any of the services, at any time, without the requirement of any prior intimation to the customer. Any such change shall be binding and effective on the User.

DISCLAIMER

Any advice that is provided by OnlineCounselling4U experts via the website is provided for informational purposes only. This information cannot be taken as a substitute for examinations of your condition by a doctor or a professional mental health expert.

You also agree that any advice or counselling provided by an expert, counsellor or a therapist through OnlineCounselling4U is solely your responsibility. We disclaim any and all liability of the service that is provided through OnlineCounselling4U.

Please note that this is not the service for emergencies. If you think you need immediate attention, please contact your nearest healthcare provider or hospital.

Also, it is NOT A SUICIDE HELPLINE. If you think you are in danger of committing harm to yourself or others, please notify appropriate agencies like police, emergency medical personnel.

If you use any of our services on the website, you are solely responsible and are using it at your own risk. OnlineCounselling4U will not be liable in any manner.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

When you use the website, you fully understand that you have consented to collect, use and disclose your personally identifiable information and aggregate data as set forth in our Privacy Policy.

Online Counselling4U cannot guarantee that any third party website will not be able to defeat our security systems or use your personal information for improper purposes.

WARRANTY

OnlineCounselling4U does not guarantee, warrant, endorse, or assume responsibility for any product that is advertised or offered by a third party through our website not hyperlinked in the content.

We shall not be liable to monitor any transaction between you and the third party providers of products and services. The use of the website is at the user's own risk. Any damage done to your computer or phone by any of the content downloaded from our website like loss of data, viruses, worms or technical damage.
