I, also have the experience of working in a Personality Development Institute as a Psychologist and life skills trainer, where my major responsibilities were :

Conducting soft skills training on topics like overcoming shyness, assertiveness, wellness management, confidence building, temper management, overcoming bullying etc for groups one daily basis.
Dealing with clients of all background (varying from clients from MNC employees, businessmen, homemakers, going to settle abroad, suffering from internal conflicts etc).
Conducting individual training sessions on a daily basis.
Took counselling sessions of people of all age brackets.
