A competent and compassionate psychologist who prefers an eclectic approach to help clients lead a healthy and fulfilling life. My eclectic approach usually revolves around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Psychotherapy, Humanistic and Behavioral approaches.

Apart from this, I've worked on gaining experience through internships and observerships from various governmental and non-governmental organizations. My academic background includes Bachelor's in Applied Psychology and Post-graduation in psychology. I've also completed a Post-graduate Diploma in Counseling and Family Therapy. I'm a keen observer and am empathetic towards my clients.

I have high regard for confidentiality and ethics in my practice as a mental health psychologist. I do not believe in implementing a unidirectional approach for clients' welfare as humans are changeable and their personalities are complex. Therefore, being open to multiple interventions and filtering out suitable yet flexible treatment plans is an important aspect of my practice.
