Summary

I am a mental health professional and working as counselling psychologist in India with over 10 years of experience as a therapist in this field. I have two Masters degrees one in Psychology and other in Medical and psychiatric social work. I am Silver medallist and Principal's merit prize winner.

I have also done B.Ed, own a post graduate degree in Kathak dance and holds NCC 'C' certificate. I have experience of working in different institutions, schools, colleges and organisations of this country. Being a army spouse I have a hands on experience in dealing with people from different backgrounds, cultures and beliefs.

I am a Life skills trainer and mentor. I have taken a number of Seminars, webinars and group guidance sessions advocating mental health. I am an advocate for mental health care and awareness and therefore I wish to reach out to more and more people and provide genuine guidance and counselling services.
