As a psychologist, I would describe myself as continuously growing and learning with the main purpose of helping people to not change who they are, but instead become a high functioning and the best version of themselves.

I have 3-4 years of experience in the field where I've learnt and used different forms of therapy including CBT, Person centred therapy behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, interpersonal therapy, Art therapy, Dance movement therapy along with others.

While using a lot of therapies, one should be mindful that every client is unique and have their own singular set of traits. So it seems unfair to offer the same technique and methodology of treatment to each client. Addressing their needs and customizing an individualized programme to address each client separately is something I believe in.
