As a counsellor, my job is to actively listen to what my clients have to say, be non-judgmental about what they think and how they act, encourage free flow of thoughts and ideas, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Since I have worked as an online counsellor, I have a fair understanding of the problems people face like depression, marital conflicts, stress, anxiety, child abuse, domestic violence especially during this pandemic situation, and hence I know how essential it is to initiate a dialogue and offer the best possible advice.

I believe that every person needs to be made aware about mental health issues and be taught to be kind to everyone. My objective is to spread awareness on mental health issues and its importance, and assist my clients in gaining motivation and confidence. It's actually simple: life is very beautiful, enjoy it to the fullest.
