Summary

My name is Akshaya, and I'm a responsible and kind individual. I think developing a rapport with the client and giving them the freedom to open up more are three ways to foster active listening. Research and its applications are very intriguing to me since they help me grasp the subject better and get more knowledge about it. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Applied Psychology, and I have experience working in a range of places, including care facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and special schools.

As a voracious student and inquisitive person, I was able to understand and apply myself in such disciplines. Additionally, I believe that learning should be a lifelong endeavour, and I would like to look for chances to advance my knowledge and abilities in order to better serve my clients.

Everyone has the capacity to realise their full potential; all they require is the right direction and resources to do so. I adhere to the holistic view of people and think that taking care of oneself and engaging in introspection are the keys to finding solutions to challenges in one's life. Because it can help someone become more resilient when they face similar challenges in the future. I have a strong interest for art and think that it may be healing in any form.

I work to de-stigmatize and psychoeducate about mental health and its many facets because as the world changes, so do the competitions and expectations. We can be equipped to completely understand how to advance in this quick-paced environment because humans have a variety of qualities, traits, and potential. My interests include painting, yoga, and exercise. I'm an introvert, but I also enjoy connecting with, encouraging, and being encouraged by, others. Everyday learning something new about oneself is amazing.
