My name is Roshini, and I have an MSc in psychology. In the International Journal of Psychosocial (2022), my study on "The Relationship Between Distress Disclosure and Psychological Wellbeing Among Undergraduate College Students During COVID-19" was accepted. I've held internships at organisations and therapy centres.
I'm currently employed as a counselling psychologist at a hospital in Bangalore. I have dealt with individuals and employees with a variety of emotional and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, marital problems, child therapy, motivation, anger control, loneliness, and stress. I have also worked with students with intellectual disabilities.
I am lucky to work with groups of people and families of all ages. I enjoy participating in many therapeutic activities with young children to help them develop their abilities. My objective is to help others and genuinely improve their quality of life. In order to help the client perform better and achieve success in all areas of their life, I employ a variety of strategies and counselling approaches to help them comprehend, articulate, and explain their ideas, emotions, feelings, and behaviour.
