I work both in Portugal and in the United States where I am accredited as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Mental Health Facilitator Master Trainer.

I have over 18 years of professional experience working on mental health and career management issues. So I am able to work with you on the situations that prevent you from having a balance between personal and professional life.

More recently, in 2021, during the pandemic I obtained certifications in bereavement intervention and crisis intervention to address the anxiety issues experienced by the population.
