Greetings! My name is Bisakha, and in 2017 I earned a master's degree in clinical and counseling psychology. I have six years of experience working in the mental health sector and have had the pleasure of interacting with people of all ages, from children as young as six to elders 80 and older. My area of expertise spans a wide range of difficulties, including behavioral problems, parent and family therapy, career counseling, marital problems, stress management, and geriatric counseling.

My therapeutic strategy goes beyond simple diagnosis. Understanding each client's particular experiences and difficulties is a priority for me. I work hard to provide an environment where clients can openly share their thoughts and emotions that is safe and judgment-free. I place a high value on developing a solid therapeutic partnership based on respect, empathy, and trust.

During our sessions, we will collaborate to pinpoint the precise problems that are upsetting you or preventing you from developing personally. We can learn more about the causes and effects of these difficulties by examining the underlying elements that contribute to them. With this knowledge, we may seek to address these more fundamental problems and promote long-lasting change.

I make a point of emphasizing the value of endurance and caution throughout this journey. Since every person's healing journey is different, I am committed to helping clients heal at their own time. Together, we will create individualized plans and methods that appeal to each client and support them in overcoming challenges.

My ultimate objective as a therapist is to assist clients in discovering their unrealized potential and experiencing genuine inner peace. Instead of only treating symptoms, I think that clients should be given the tools they need to live happy, meaningful lives. We may travel this transforming path together, assuring wellbeing and growth at every stage of the journey, with the help of my experience and the client's dedication.
