My journey in psychology began with a strong academic foundation. I completed both my B.A. (Hons) in Applied Psychology and M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the Amity Institute of Psychology and Allied Sciences. These studies helped me gain a deep understanding of human behaviour, mental health conditions, and the various approaches used in therapy.
Throughout my education, I explored multiple aspects of psychology including emotional development, cognitive processes, and behavioural interventions. I also participated in practical sessions, research assignments, and case discussions that helped me apply theory to real-life scenarios.
Alongside my academic learning, I’ve been fortunate to gain practical experience through internships and voluntary work. These experiences have allowed me to work with individuals from diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds. I’ve had the opportunity to observe and support clients struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, and more under the supervision of seasoned clinical psychologists.
