I've passionately advocated for mental health awareness and worked to diminish the stigma associated with mental health treatment.

My journey began with an MSc in Psychology from the prestigious Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, Bangalore University. Further enriching my expertise, I received certification in various counselling skills, focusing on a range of therapeutic approaches for mental health issues, including behavioral and developmental disorders such as ADHD, Autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual challenges.

In counselling, I rely on a versatile blend of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-centered therapy (CCT), and Positive Psychology, adapting these methods to honor diverse social, cultural, and religious identities.

One of my core strengths is in establishing connections with individuals through art, an expressive medium used to convey emotions, ideas, and stories visually. This includes drawing and painting, creating a safe and comforting environment characterized by empathy and compassion.
