My Style of therapy is I am inclined towards Cognitive Behavior Therapy with a Client-Centered Approach. I believe an individual is the best therapist of his or herself life. The irrational beliefs sometimes make us feel stuck and negative; thus, CBT aspires to change those negative irrational thoughts to more rational and positive. It impacts the thoughts and also the feelings attached to those thoughts changing the perception and behavior.
